At Slick Construction safety is more than just a procedure, it’s our culture.  Safe practice is ongoing and ever changing, so the team at Slick Construction is dedicated to the continual improvement of safety from the jobsite to the office.  Upon employment our personnel are informed of all safety procedures and trained to recognize safety hazards.  Daily JSA’s and pre-job meetings enhance our no damage and zero injuries priority.  Employees also receive routine training and educational courses to maintain our respected history of safe operations.

At Slick Construction, we take pride in knowing that our employees have the ability to recognize unsafe conditions and "Stop Work" to make it safe before any incident should occur.  We believe that by educating and empowering our workforce we can ensure a safe work environment for our employees, our clients, and our communities.
